We provide only digital files therefore delivery is free of charge.  We may transfer a file via WeTransfer or Dropbox depending on its size.

Refund Policy

As a result of our careful and collaborative process, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. We believe that our approach maximizes the likelihood of a successful outcome, and that our clients will be fully satisfied with the final product.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to find a mutually satisfactory solution. If a client has concerns or is unhappy with the progress of their project, we encourage them to bring it to our attention as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a solution that meets their needs.

This policy includes to all deposits paid in advance.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Because we collaborate closely with our clients at every stage of development we do not anticipate any returns or exchanges.  We are dealing with a creative digital asset.  A significant amount of time, effort and resources goes into preparing each project therefor no refund on deposits will be considered.
